Key Responsibilities
- Clean and restock plates, dishes, utensils, glasses, and other kitchen items.
- Maintain and sanitize the dishwasher and surrounding work areas.
- Sweep, mop, and ensure cleanliness in the kitchen and back dock areas.
- Dispose of garbage and packaging materials responsibly.
- Assist with receiving and organizing supplies when needed.
- Follow established procedures to prepare for opening, mid-shift, or closing tasks.
- Maintain professional relationships with team members and managers.
- Adhere to all kitchen standards and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred.
- Passionate about guest service and hospitality.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Comfortable working flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in environments with temperature changes and wet floors.
