Dishwasher – Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities

Responsibilities
As a dishwasher at Sunrise Senior Living, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and maintaining dishwashing and pot-washing areas.
- Operating dish machines and performing manual washing of dishes, utensils, and cookware.
- Keeping accurate records of cleaning and sanitation processes.
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, and prep surfaces.
- Sweeping, mopping, and performing other janitorial tasks in food preparation areas.
- Assisting with food storage, rotation, and inventory tasks.
- Supporting dining services by bussing and resetting tables, taking and delivering orders, and preparing light meals as needed.
- Adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- One year of related experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certificates or training may be required, including:
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
- ServSafe® Food Handler or Local Health Department Food Handler Card.
